How to Brew Perfect Chai: A Step-by-Step Guide
- 2 tbsp or 10 grams of chai leaves
- 1 cup milk (Milk of your choice) 2 cup water
- 2 tbsp sugar / sweetener(adjust as per sweetness preference)
- Boil 2 cups of water with 2 tbsp chai leaves for 5 minutes.
- Add 1 cup of milk and 2 tbsp sugar/sweetener. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
